Once you sign up, you’ll be able to select the laundry bag that works best for you. We offer flat-rate bags and pay per pound bags. With our flat-rate bags you can fill up your bag as much as you like and only pay one fixed price per bag. Flat-rate bags have no item restrictions or limitations. Our pay per pound bags is a great choice for smaller, more frequent loads of laundry so you can pay only for what you need. Do you need frequent service? You can schedule weekly recurring pickups and we’ll be there every week. We also offer “On Demand” service so you can use us only when you need us. During the sign-up process, you'll be able to choose your cleaning preferences. We offer scented and un-scented (hypoallergenic) detergents. If you have any special instructions or requests, just let us know.

After you schedule a pickup, one of our simple laundry drivers will retrieve your laundry and transport it to our facility. Our laundry professionals will tag, spot treat, and separate your clothing by lights and darks. Your laundry is then washed on cold, dried on medium and expertly folded. (Customers laundry is kept separate, never washed or dried with other customers clothes.) Everything will be wrapped in plastic for protection and placed back inside your allClean bag for delivery.

Our dry cleaning care associates will check the care label for each item. Your items will be professionally cleaned according to the label instructions and pressed to perfection. Simply place your clothes in our complimentary dry clean bags and leave it outside your door. We'll pick it up and deliver your crisp clothing within 2 business days.

We operate Monday through Friday, 8am - 8pm. Your pickup or delivery can occur anytime between our operating hours. You can always text "ETA" for an update on your pickup or delivery. Note* If you schedule a Friday pickup your laundry will be delivered on Monday (next business day)

Unfortunately, no. Our routes are set each morning, and we are currently not able to accommodate requests for specific pickup and delivery times. However, you will be informed via text when your laundry is picked up and delivered. As a reminder, your pickups and deliveries can take place anytime between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm

We send text reminders the day before to help make sure you don't forget. However, to cover travel costs there is a $10 Failed Pickup Fee.

Yes, you can schedule a pickup before receiving your Simple Laundry bags. Simply place your laundry in your own bag and leave it outside your door. We'll pick it up, clean it, and return your clean laundry in the appropriate Simple Laundry bag.

The Simple Laundry bags are yours to keep for future pickups and deliveries. Each bag has your contact information and cleaning preferences. When it's time to schedule your next pickup, simply fill the bags again and let us handle the rest.

You do not need to be home. Just leave your bags at your designated pickup location for our driver to pick up.

We use Tide Scented and Tide Free & Gentle Hypoallergenic. Tide Scented is a powerful laundry detergent that removes tough stains and smells fresh. Tide Free & Gentle is an unscented, hypoallergenic laundry detergent that cleans deep, free of dyes and perfumes.

We use Downy Ultra Scented and Downy Free & Gentle Hypoallergenic. Downy Ultra Scented - Softens, freshens, and protects your clothes from stretching and fading. Downy Free & Gentle - Hypoallergenic, unscented, protects and softens clothes, free of dyes and perfumes.

That's our job. Just fill your bag and we'll take care of everything else.

When it's bad weather we always do our best to protect your laundry. We'll try to put your laundry bags somewhere dry. However, we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather after its dropped off at your home.
